For this project, I had to create a window display for a store that I chose for a previous project. The store I chose was Windsor. The display had to be in color, indicate the ceiling, floor, all 3 walls and any specialty lighting. Those were the only instructions I was given, everything else was up to me to decide.
For this project, my partner and I were played the role of visual merchandisers for a local department store. We had to come up with a new idea for a window display and create a presentation to show to our supervisor.
This was a group project where my partner and I were mock workers for a independent retailer of women's fashion. We had a $4,000 budget and had to decide what new fixtures and furniture we wanted to get for the store.
